cant OHP 30kg (I literally cant lift tthe fucking bar up)
cant do a single pull up (wont even go half way)
cant row for shit (my elbow/arm just stop working after 6 reps)
cant run for shit without feling like throwing up (170bpm all the time)
cant stop looknig like a fucking jobless incel

I'm just so desperate bros. I'm starting to believe some people are just born to NGMI

hi guys.
I followed some anons advice here: 45 mins x 4 per week instead of 1hr x 3.
I ran slightly faster than before now.
what else could I further do to roon faster? does doing very long sets of squat help? I NEVER feel my quad, calf or hamstring burning while running. is tat normal?

I cant even deadlift 60lbs. I got so exhausted after doing 3 sets of 10. is it truly over for me

what are other exercises I can do to strengthen my back besides rows (already doing) and pullups (I cant fucking do it)?

I'm thinking plank with weights and some heavy rucking occasionally. what do you think?
