visual kei isn't a genre of music, it's just a visual style and a "scene". there's vkei bands that play darkwave and vkei bands that play deathcore and there's vkei bands that play basically pop songs with a guitar thrown in.

I watched the four original UC properties with them being my first Gundam experience and ZZ was easily my favorite of the TV shows. I will never understand how it gets so much shit.
