With the Houthis making Eilat virtually useless, it poses a major strategic dilemma for Israel. Even if we could make enough interceptor missiles to replenish them at the rate they are being expended, which we can't, Israel still has to import them somehow. Air transport is relatively limited, this should be happening via ports. But Israel isn't a very big country, and the port of Haifa is effectively closed off to commercial shipping until the fighting is over.
