Man I wish there was an alternative to Ricochet with Haze as T4 Gun item. The 20% fire rate is still nice besides the Ricochet itself. Afaik fire rate is superior to weapon damage on Haze so weapon damage T4s are out. Crippling Headshot looks mediocre on paper (esp compared to something like Hunter's Aura). Spiritual Overflow appears to require 100+ bullets to hit enemies before it even triggers the +30% buffs. Glass Cannon makes Haze even squishier. Vampiric Burst makes sense but otherwise it just seems to roll back to Ricochet stuff (Inhibitor, Toxic Bullets, Silencer).

I just played a couple Kelvin games and I think he has to be the one character you cannot play without a premade team. His damage output is shit, his ability to save himself is shit (compared with someone like Viscous or Dynamo who also aren't relatively great solo queueing). His primary ability in the current build is his beam which is best used in team fights or slowing someone down, which is unreliable as a solo queue. I don't think any other character comes close to being as bad as he is without an actual team.
