Very very quick. Like insane things: infertile women getting pregnant, impossible home situations suddenly solving themselves in incredible fashion on hyper specific Christian days, people I offered masses for in the past having near death experiences that they only survived by a miracle, I walked around my city praying the Rosary at the start of Covid asking the cities Guardian Angel to protect the city and we never suffered riots, I asked Jesus to show me a yellow rose because I was unsure if my prayers for people in Purgatory were working suddenly for the next week everywhere I turned there were yellow roses in increasingly unlikely places.
I've encountered demonically oppressed people and once had to burn a satanic idol that was placed in our church. I've been repeatedly demonically oppressed and currently am because I started offering up my day as penance for all the sins of my life which was like kicking a hornets nest.
The only thing I don't get are selfish prayers or prayers to lighten my load and if it is granted it is usually through a long tough road.
I casually offer masses for people I don't even know not to brag I just do it I think everyone should.

How does anyone know their interpretation of Scripture is correct? The Catholics do because they compiled and bound the Scripture giving them the authority to interpret scripture.
Not some Talmudic Jews, Not some fat German, Not some Calvin Joe who thinks God hates everyone and reduces God to a machine, not some American Autist in a cabin.
The Magisterium, Tradition and Apostolic Succssion of the Catholic Church puts them as the only authority who can interpret scripture.

But to answer your question Yes. I pray multiple Rosary a day, spend time infront of the Blessed Sacrament in Adoration and attending Mass. Since I started SR.
Catholics glorify SR so we have a lot of stuff about it and how you benefit from it.
SR grows us in the Virtue of Chastity which is opposed to one of the Beast Sins of Lust. Animals specifically Apes don't control their Lust they act on it when they have the urge. Humans have Reason and Will so we are called to resist the Beast Sins that make us like Animals.
Catholics see Sin as actually damaging the Soul. So every time you fap you damage your soul thus seperating yourself from God which we call Mortal Sin. There are degrees obviously the damage of stealing a penny from Elon Musk is not the same as stealing a starving family's last penny.
So Everytime you commit Mortal Sin you further damage your soul. It's why the Coomer Appearance becomes a thing the Body reflects the state of the Soul. On the flip side once you remove Mortal Sin from your Soul through Confession your now Purified Soul begins to Heal and build up Merits.
So the longer you don't commit Mortal Sin you build up more and more Merits and God joyfully seeks to reward you for this. There are some Saints who could Levitate, Bilocate, Perform Healings, Cast Demons Out, Detect Poison (St Benedict), Direct Communication with God, Extra Ordinary ability to Suffer, Prophecy, Soul Reading, The Souls Of Purgatory Bother you, and so on. But usually the Church wants to be careful because Possession can also cause these things but usually it is very obvious.
Orthodox also believe all this but they like to Mystery Everything up, some Protestant Groups also do but that is a crap shoot.
