Yes/No. There's three-ways Uma Musume handles real life relationships.

The horses are canonically isekai'd from our world into being uma musume, so all the relations are still 'legitimate' in a spiritual sense (thus why they'll reference the relations). But they want to keep the cast 'pure' for the players so they won't make any of them real parents in this world.
