OHP is NOT a requirement to build big shoulders, but im sure as fuck going to keep doing it forever, because its the ultimate mogging lift

Nobody has ever approached me to say "nice squat" or "nice deadlift" but ive had dozens of people over the years come upto me randomly and say "damn bro thats fucking awesome how u can do that"

Most people who approach me to compliment me OHPing they dont even know what the lift is, they ask me "whats the lift called" - so its impressive to people who dont even know the fuck the lift even is

Time to Roid?
I'm in my late 30s, Ive been liftting natty for a little over 20 years now. Ive been doing it for health purposes.

But as of recently I pretty much lost 90% of my life savings in a failed business venture, and my financial future is essentially completely ruined.

That said, now that most of the wealth I built up is gone, I dont have much need to live into my 50s and beyond, because well, I wont be able to afford a decent retirement, so Im thinking, why am I still worrying about my health considering my finances are now fucked.

Might as well roid, right?

Is a 3 plate squat for reps actually realistic? Ive been going to gyms for 20 years and ive only ever seen 2 people squat 3 plates for 5-10 reps

It took me 15 years to realize u dont have to squat up-right

I hurt my lower back so many times trying to force myself to keep an up-right back position

now that I let my back lean over, my glutes and hamstrings take over the squat, and my back pain completely disappeared
