Game is excellent mechanically. The jumping, grinding, wall riding and mid air bouncing is incredibly satisfying. Tracks are almost all great. KO Tour is a lot of fun. Aesthetic, kart and character design are all really good. And I like the open world mission mode.
The game just lacks a bunch of options for no reason, the battle mode was botched, item balance is a little bit annoying, the stickers a total waste of customization, and muh intermissions. Game could could’ve been the definitive peak of the franchise if they didn’t mess up the small shit. But it’s still my favorite by far, super addicting

Portals do not actually exist you stupid nigger, but as they are shown in the game, you can place a portal on two walls and stand in the middle of each, nothing puts impetus on the object going through, it acts purely as a doorway, the only time you see objects increasing their velocity is when falling, not because the portals are somehow accelerating them, but because the object is falling without impediment and reaching its terminal velocity.
