Use a midweight or heavy weight core. Quad legs are for builds that can take a beating and has a high stability.
For your arm weapons, Use dual linear Rifles or the Baws RF rifle (The one big rifle not the shitty AR one).
Use missiles, but not vertical ones on the back.
Most importantly make sure you learn all the stats in the garage.
