lets do the math and discover why you aren't growing nearly fast enough

155x.75=116.25
116.25 - 60 = 56.25
you need to consume 56.25 more grams of protein EVERY SINGLE DAY
this is essentially DOUBLING YOUR PROTEIN INTAKE (if I read what you wrote appropriately)
I'd recommend maintaining the same habit while drinking a protein shake with 2 scoops of gold standard whey protein powder (24g per scoop)
anon if I correctly assessed your eating habits, you REALLY need to start eating more protein
your gains will actually really skyrocket (relatively speaking, within the context of what you currently gain)
