Nobody is forcing you to write it, but why are you so pessimistic about your writing skill? You should see difficult prompts as puzzles to solve and challenges to overcome. Dismissing ideas outright can lead to creative stagnation. Looking at the potential flaws in a concept is a good skill to have, but the next step should be asking what it would take to overcome those flaws. What solutions can you come up with to circumvent the issues you forsee, or how can you utilize the perceived flaws and turn them into things that improve the story instead of bringing them down.
You don't have to like or want to write every idea, but your justification for not liking it is a bad excuse that holds you back as a writer.
