I really hate to do this to you but I have to.
Amy does want to settle down. She doesn't just want to 'follow Sonic on adventures'. If it was that simple, she would've joined Tails years ago side-by-side with the blue blur.
Need I remind you of My Sweet Passion, Amy's theme song?
>Come on, settle our lives
Amy literally wants Sonic to settle down, and she's not subtle about it.
>There's nowhere to hide
>I'll always be there for you
>In the best and worst times
>You can be my sweetest honey for eternity
She even recognizes that her overwhelming attachment to Sonic is unhealthy with this analogue.
>He reminds me of parsley when he's standin' there alone
Amy is literally sick and in love. This isn't a character who is 'passionate and actiony'. This is a character with a genuine mental problem seeking commitment and a slow lifestyle from the one character who will NEVER give it.
She does not want to be at Sonic's side, she wants to nag at him and slow him down.
This is the reason for conflict between the two characters, this defined their antagonism and dynamism in the games throughout the 00s and early 10s.
You don't actually like Sonic and Amy's canon dynamic. You like the Sonic X version of Sonic and Amy for that TV show which is painfully out of character and misunderstands Sonic and Amy's characters and their dynamic with one another.
If you just admitted you liked Sonic X and didn't like the games, I wouldn't have a problem with your post. But masquerading as a gamefag when you're blatantly a secondary fan is unforgiveable.
Thankfully, Amy Rose in the SEGASonic canon is now taking medication to regulate her borderline personality disorder alongside fox cock
