Why the fuck can't I get one? It's been almost 300 career races now and I only have two 3* Speed of MackQueen and Oguri. Ever since my 100th run a 3 spark has refused to show.

It's been about 150 runs since I last fucking got a 3* spark.

What's the average runs it takes to get a 3* spark on a uma that gets 1100 Speed, 600+ Stamina, and 600+ Power?
I've done about 15 McQueens so far with these stats and my best has been a shitty 2* Speed. I'd be satisfied with a 3* in any of the mentioned 3 stats.
