when i get bad pulls i can't even be mad because this is a banger

Just got Ineffa and need a weapon for her (cant get sig.) seems like Deathmatch and Ballad of the Fjords are pretty close with Ballad just slightly ahead in calcs.

My question is which of these are the better pickup for versatility in characters I can use them on? I'd rather lose slightly on power if it means I can use on multiple characters since I'm kinda new and don't have many weapons.
