Honestly I think it's a mix of 3 sets dr kike style incline, 3 sets wide grip smith incline, and 3 sets pec deck. All of them absolutely destroy my chest. Increased pec deck by another 2,5 kgs btw so now I'm at 85 kgs fr fr. Honestly as much as technogym sucks ass, their pec deck is pretty nice as I instead of holding it with my hands, I just push my forearms against a padded thingy, and don't even have to hold the thing with my hands. An anon on /fit/ with a really nice chest said he spams that and he does not bench at all so I started doing them again (used to hate them earlier) and holy shit are they GOATed. Technogym can nonetheless fuck off with their shitty machines.
Also I increased brotein from 140g to 180g and I assume that has an effect too. Added more fruits to my diet and it's also possible that the sugar from them also help as they are slowly metabolized instead of quickly like kinder bars.
