I find it touching. On an individual basis, most trannies are sad, broken, deeply confused people. The more genetically gifted ones enjoy a brief period in their youth as fetishized sex objects or token friends for rich hipsters, but day by day their lives slowly unravel and on some level they all know this. Of course I'm aware this interpretation wasn't intended, the author wrote this as a pity party and the progressive person reading it is supposed to blame the mother, even though they should be blaming themselves.
