Could be your body having a real reaction to working out? I started working out again recently, and genuinely feel the testosterone surge afterwards. It is more pronounced with weightlifting than cardio, especially with upper body.
Noticed my personality sharply change for a handful of hours after and I need to consciously compensate for it. Not sure what else would explain it. Maybe it is just my bio doing this.
