The Judge's arguments are classic amorality combined with painting humanity as a totalitarian force that conquers nature. It's just a self-hating interpretation of Humans that wouldn't be out of place in James Cameron's Avatar.
The reality is that Humanity is a net positive for the world, progress is possible, and "the Judge" himself can only operate when he is surrounded by weak men who allow themselves to be cowed by his bullshit - see any era of despotism.
