I knew I'd lose some strength after starting estrogen, but I didn't realize it would sneak up on me so much. I'm still boymoding and I have to do occasional lifting at my job when we need boxes of paperwork moved into the storage closet.
I had to do this recently and I tried to make it look like I was picking it up easily but it felt like everyone was watching me and one of the warehouse guys that was in the office right then came over to help me with the box. been doing injections for 2 years since, male fail a lot in boymode and only kind of want to kms myself
things will get better but it takes time, make some friends who care about you and try to enjoy life to its fullest in the meantime
