Due to the proliferation of dating apps, women are able to more easily choose their sexual partners. Thus women are able to easily choose from the same small group of men to sleep with. This is not the 1970s or 80s or even 90s where you had to meet someone at a party, through a friend/family member, at work, class, an event, etc where you could get to know them. Instead they have easy access to men they find the most attractive with just a few flicks of their finger.
I don't even necessarily blame women because men are pretty much the same. If given the choice we'd prefer to fuck partners we find more sexually attractive even if a woman who was less attractive was more compatible for a relationship. "Back in the day" (as if the 90s are that lol) you generally did get to know someone before you fucked and knowing how well you got along was part of why you fucked. Now it is you fuck someone AND THEN see if you get along.

PoE1 is on borrowed time. However, the state of PoE2 and it's slow development greatly extended that. I originally suspected by the end of 2026 PoE1 would be in maintenance mode. I, foolishly, took GGG at their word that PoE2 would release by the end of 2025. In reality, PoE2 is going to release in 2026 and it will take until 2027 or 2028 for PoE1 to be in full maintenance mode.
