The pull cost is literally a non issue in a vacuum, that number is completely irrelevant, it could be 600 a pull like arknights and arknights is very generous, the fact is that they did an increase just days before launch, they could ramp up the free gems later or have events with dozens of free pulls, but what they did is bad publicity, people don't really care about context or thinking long term, and i don't fault them but they should just cave and halve the cost to give the masses the illusion that the economy is "better" now.
