This one is obviously older and has perspective in mind. Some cards people ignored at first had a very lasting impact in future meta. Urara guts was straight up dusted by some people because it was really that useless.
Also obviously period-accurate tierlists don't remain accurate for long, we have to take long term benefits into account. You look at something like this and immediately can tell when it was made if you were there for it.
