Where the Sanders clan really fucked up was trying to dictate terms to NFL teams through the media.

Deion's whole stint at Colorado has just been a matter of hype exceeding extremely low expectations. Colorado fans are just happy not to be complete and utter bottom feeders like they were before, and they'll afraid Deion will leave and make them irrelevant again so they're were never going to point out Deion's mediocrity, any more than his friends in the media were. As long as he stayed in his lane, Deion, and by extension, Shedur, were relatively safe from scorn regardless of how meh thy really were.

But then he recruited his friends in the media to start pre-emptively announcing where Shedur should be drafted and that was a slap in the face to all the NFL front offices. Because it was the same hysterical overvaluation for obvious personal reasons but now instead of just trying to get one over on the plebs they were trying to pressure actual pros who knew better. Not a single fucking team had Shedur down as a first round pick or anything close to it but the social justice squad was out there on ESPN laying the groundwork for "if you *don't* waste your first rounder on him we're calling it racism" implied threat. And the league, as a whole, told them where they could shove it.

Deion and his cronies overplayed their hands, found out they had no leverage whatsoever and ended up damaging the career of the guy they were trying to shill for. If Kendrick Perkins and SAS had just shut the fuck up and let things play out Shedur might have just been like a fourth round pick or something. But GMs were so insulted by this half-assed politicking they just stayed away entirely because if they guy isn't even that good, why put up with this shit at all? There's lots of mediocre prospects, might as well draft one whose daddy doesn't think he runs the league because he finished above .500 in college once

There's apparently only 29 coaches in the hall to begins with, which is way less than I thought.

Some really, really old school guys got in as both but it was almost a case of them not being able to separate the two. Like Guy Chamberlain, who was a player and coach simultaneously, retired in 1927 but wasn't inducted until 1965 because the hall of fame didn't even exist when he retired. Or Jimmy Conzelman, who's another dude from the 20's who's in as a qb, coach AND owner. And there's more like that but they're all pre-modern guys. From what I can tell no coach inducted after like 1965 or so was also a HOF player. Some of them did play but they weren't HOF caliber players

I'm not gonna pretend like I actually knew any of this, this is all straight off wikipedia. I just went to the Hall of fame page and searched for "coach"

Male chests do not develop as a secondary sexual characteristic during puberty and thus are therefore not generally associated with sex or fertility. Tits, on the other hand ,are overtly sexual both in a purely biological sense and culturally, thus parading them around is like a guy whipping his dick out.

as a matter of fact I am completing a degree in composition at a conservatory right now. Film music is heavily indebted to the works, techniques, and theories of Wagner and I don't understand why you feel the need to tear down his art and see it removed from history.
