I do like the different in overall color between the vellmori version and naigger
and I think the new version matches things better

this ones still overall very blue, which sure matches demian's color but it brings the mood down in overall
its a very sad feeling scene because of that and even though theres a highlight on demian meant to show how much attention he gains from sinclair it doesnt seem to change his mood
however, the overpressing tone of the color means that this whole scene is wrapped around demian like sinclair's attention

this however, is overwhelming yellow/warm, showing that nostalgia of youth where things weren't so bleak
however it does lose that sense of "demian" it does show a bit on how sinclair is in his own world in the end, like an egg
and the slight blue from demian intruding on that with his eyes and skin color stand out more as intruding on sinclair's world and shell that he's built up
very nice either way, but again i do prefer the new one not only just because it helps to match that vibe of sinclair having been solitude in his views around him but also because it matches the rest of the art style
