the problem is most people here have not been given the amount of time required to stabilize their win rate
if you didn't already achieve 90+% of your RP as diamond you are already declared to be completely hopeless and forever incapable of improvement whatsoever
the meta for legends rise didn't even settle, the meta for infinite evolved hasn't settled, but people are already making definitive statements about skill level and inherent genetic skill potential of players... by judging their performance from 2 unfinished meta seasons
