No because it goes against the rule of the franchise.
If you want to do a digimon vs digimon you get to be a digimon which has one or two attacks and you do those for all the game. It would be extremely repetitive and boring but if you in somewhat gain different attacks or moves that's not digimon anymore.
If you are a tamer vs digimon a tamer shouldnt be competitve against a digimon (yes i hate frontiers) and should command his digimon to fight, then removing the h&s aspect.
The only exception i can see is something gimmicky like furi but it would be extremely stupid and not for the fanbase.
