/v/ was better when it was a social hangout for people who played games. it went to shit when the mods cracked down on any talk not directly involving video games. You would have a legitimate video game thread then 2 people would get into an off topic argument about somehting not video game related so the retarded mods would delete the whole thread despite most people talking on topic.
Now the shitposting is lower quality because its just "daisy if fat ass" yet even good quality threads get pruned if some autist reported it for not vidya. lower quality threads leads to lower quality people making more lower quality threads.
