It was some funny shit honestly: I absent-mindedly merged partitions since you need to have 3 at most to change to GPT, and I accidentally merged my boot partition into my C: which caused all kinds of issues since the new partition was completely undefined
As it turns out, I don't have the magical touch to accidentally delete drives like I did when I was a kid

You're a saint for typing this out, but it all worked out in the end somehow
While the AI bots were useful, one of them recommended I unload the drive before running some Windows tasks to re-configure the partition from zero. Obviously this turned out to be some really funny bait as the drive (that contained Windows itself) had just been unloaded and my PC stopped displaying letters and other fun stuff like that
I was ready to flash Windows from USB but a simple reboot straightened things out and MBR2GPT worked super smoothly without any reformatting or anything
