We have literally no information about the girl so far, only 2 flashbacks so nothing to work with (aside from going a little more schizo and mention the detail that the background used in both flashbacks was the Simulation Room one)

Now Nayuta really was a funny case because not only she asked you the question but she went a few steps beyond that and asked you your fucking number. This immediately implies that she's part of the selected few who are aware of Project A.D (as Mana said) in the D.E.E.P sector, and for some reason she's also aware of D.E.E.P herself (or itself?), reading at the small backstory she gave you I wouldn't be surprised if she was something more than a simple high ranking member of the VTC. But if that was the case Rapunzel should recognize her as one. Unless, and in the most likely scenario, D.E.E.P was waaay above the higher ups of the VTC. Top secret project that again, only a selected few are aware of, including the President (or Supreme Commander)
