Most loli anime that is famous aired after the ordinance. It was famously mocked multiple times and pretty ineffective. I believe its only long term effect is that characters act a bit more faggy now as the uproar was more about morality and not visuals (so maybe it is the reason the MC acts so awkward when a nude girl throws herself on him).
