Additionally most Touhou girls should easily be massively faster than light considering there's lots of Danmaku patterns that explicitly employ light bullets and they are still able to dodge them, plus we have examples of literal lasers who also are perfectly dodgeable (in Silent sinner in blue Marisa even confirms her lasers are indeed light speed and she still gets BTFO by A lunarian)
