As someone that rarely pulls DPS characters, the man is a godsend to me and let me comfortably skip Castorice shilling and get through Amphoreus without wanting to tear my hair out. His damage ceiling isn't as high as the other 3.x DPS characters (especially with vertical investment on his eidolons), but he compensates for being very strong at a baseline with a great event light cone, working with almost any harmony/nihility support, and can be flexible as a subDPS or a hypercarry. He absolutely deserves the praise since he was in Castorice's shadow and almost only Herta players were bothering to roll for him.

They got rid of the departed requirement for the res pen, so she works pretty good with Anaxa. Robin is still comparable within 20% IIRC but if you have any eidolons on her, the gap closes significantly. That being said, if you roll for her, chances are you're using her and freeing Robin for another team.
