They really need to change up their whole young lion system. Accept at least a dozen young lions. The more students they take in the better the odds of one of them being future dimes instead of ending up a Wato or Shota. Then fast track their training. No more of this retarded 5 years of indentured servitude crap. A year tops of training in Japan, a short Mexican excursion, and then boom they're ready.
