Nowhere does solving a rubiks cube fit into that definition. But if we add a timer to solving the rubiks cube and try to solve it as quickly as possible now it's a game. It's quite simple.

The "DLCs" are expansion packs, basically entirelt new games. There's a reason CroTeam is involved, they wouldn't allow stuff like that. You'll get more than your fill with the base campaign, it's very long and difficult. But this is pretty typical of wargames anyways, there's either DLC or they cost twice as much as usual games because they are for very serious enthusiasts.
