Please understand that Metal Gear solid 4: Guns of the Patriots is too much of a game. Back when they were doing "Vol. 1" they might've thought, that in theory, it’d be easy enough to do the rest of the games and even when this is true for stuff like Portable Ops, Peace Walker, MGSV and Rising, these people had no idea what awaited them when they had to face the indomitable beast that is MGS4. After almost 20 years, the trannies from RPCS3 barely managed to "emulate" this monstrosity of a game. Think of it like an ancient technology, baffling, arcane, lost in time. I believe they are just hoping enough time passes where nobody remembers there should be a ”Vol. 2” or if such thing ever gets release, it will be all the games previously mentioned, except Guns of the Patriots. Too much of a game.
