Not mass-replying because it wouldn't be very couth, but thank you to everyone for your input on getting into MD.
I'm a little over halfway into Ep 1 now. The animation and artstyle is fantastic, arguably on-par or better than TADC's. I'm already a bit lost I'm certainly hooked, and most of the characters seem rather interesting so far. Some of it admittedly comes across as "I'm 12 and this is deep", but it's not hard to tell that there's a compelling overarching plot somewhere in here and there's going to be a strong tone shift at some point. Good shit, cheers lads.
I'm also noticed Uzi's railgun got a cameo on the latest episode of TADC which is neat.

How often would you say you had to revisit certain episodes yourself before you had a strong grasp on what was happening? Does MD have the level of depth that I might pick up something new on even a 3rd or 4th rewatch of the same episode?

The best way to avoid feminism in your life is to date teenaged girls. It's too early in their life for them to have:

1) absorbed decades of mass media brainwashing
2) become old/fat/unattractive and consequently become embittered against men for being attracted to younger girls
3) lost their natural hormonal drive to be obedient and subservient towards men

If you find a nice teenaged girl (the younger the better - check the laws in your state or country, for me it's 16) your life will improve hugely. My 17-year-old who I met on Overwatch is moving in with me next year when she graduates, we're probably going to get a house. It's amazing how smoothly it goes when you choose young girls. It's not even difficult/competitive because other men are afraid to do so.

All the normal problems in dating go away. She naturally re-molds her beliefs to match yours, she worships the ground you walk on, she's never been in a real relationship so there's no one for her to compare you to constantly, etc. It's literally perfect and the way relationships were meant to be. Go for teenagers, I'm telling you. They're also into lots of male interests like anime, video games, etc.

Ah okay, I'll just keep an eye on youtube and /ktg/ then for the next few days. I was thinking of kitbashing a team from Stargrave Automaton/Scavengers and bits from the Frostgrave Wizard kit, and getting into the Kill-Team with them.
