is heresy actually fucking cursed, I don't know when it hasn't been controversial, with absolute cancer lists running rampant and games looking like parking lots. For a game about the space marine fantasy it STILL doesn't fulfil any of the fantasy from the lore of shock assault supersoldiers doing orbital drops and turning warfare medieval because they can actually survive most small arms fire. The only people I know who enjoy the heresy are militia/SA players and mechanicum. If I didn't eenjoy the painting aspect of the hobby I'd regret ever touching it, pound for pound it is easily the least return in entertainment of any franchise in a hobby I've done and many would agree. OK rant over.
