Hindsight bias is the fallacy of drawing normative conclusions regarding a situation based on information you did not have at the time of a decision or scenario.
If I mill you for 14 cards using fractured sanity when you needed a board wipe, it is equally possible that any given board wipe will be 1st or 15th from the top of your deck. If you were to run a Divine Reckoning, milling 14 cards gives you 15 chances out of your remaining deck to have a board-wipe available for use. If you drew or searched a boardwipe previously, or kept it from your opening hand, mill does nothing to remove the card from your hand; additionally any card that grants cards in your graveyard flashback, or returns them to hand imediately makes them and any other qualifying cards in your graveyard available for use.
Ultimately, none of this matters, while the mathematical probabilities do not shift according to your feelings I'm more than happy to teach you the lesson every time necessary until you learn.
Please mill until you hit a land for Trepanation Blade, then mill that number of cards again (plus 4 for Water Crystal) for Neerdiv tapping, then mill that number again (plus 4 for Water Crystal) for Mindskinner.
