Good for you OP, sounds like you've sorted out your life. I'm supposed to be working on a long-term project right now. Sometimes (like you) I work on it for hours and the time just flies by. But then other days I just can't face it and I fiddle around, wasting time and getting nothing done, or I bury myself in a pointless "side-project", or I just get busy with the day to day shit like doing laundry or cooking dinner, or making little efforts into tidying up this hoarder's nightmare I call home.
Maybe I really DO have ADHD.

Getting back to my earlier post; I'm not telling you to have "game", or some magical "pick-up-artist" bullshit. These are tips to making yourself seem friendly and approachable to women you meet, and how to start conversations and keep them going.
The reason I told you to try more than once a day is because no matter how good you are at this there is no guarantee of success. As I said, the woman you start chatting with at the grocery store could have a husband and kids waiting for her in the car in the parking lot, or she could have just come back from a funeral and needs to pick up some stuff for the get together with grieving relatives, or any one of a hundred other reasons. Even if you do everything perfectly, it's not always going to work.
Like anything else in life, socializing improves with practice. If you were trying to learn to play the guitar, would you say "I'm going to strum one chord a day until I become the next Link Wray. I mean, given enough time you maybe could learn to play the guitar that way, but you'd achieve success a lot faster if you spent more time on it.
