It has a lot of content but not nearly as varied as SVE's, for lack of a better comparison. The two big chunks are the massive amount of NPCs (all with events that mostly fucking suck) and the mountain ninja questline, which's a series of mediocre fetch quests set in a maze-y area that will eat up the better portion of your day without noclip, and accompanied by a mindnumbingly idiotic sideplot to boot.
I'd also like to bring up something nobody ever mentions: Ridgeside's major lack of polish in general. The dev team went basically vanished off the face of the earth after 1.6, giving it only the bare minimum updates to keep it functional. The NPCs lack many cool built-in Content Patcher functions we have access to now, the events are insanely amateurish (like the one where Bert and Olga just walk on top of the chairs at their date because they don't have sitting sprites), the dogshit portraits making BBBoong's packs obligatory and all kinds of other minor issues that pile up. I'd recommend literally anything over RSV if you want content, or at least content done well.
