Another newbie fell victim to the "casual match" noob bait button...
Stop running around and doing random shit, try to play more reactively. If you can't get out of corner or you're getting shmixed you should go to dustloop and see if there's a spot in the opponent's pressure where you could've pressed a button or DP to punish/counter/contest. If you don't contest pressure they can just flowchart offense on you for free.
It's hard to give any more concrete feedback without seeing you play.
