This is harsh, it's definitely more 3D than DKC as you only move in a 2D axis there, while Sonic 3D Blast has movement on a 3D axis, even if it's "fake" 3D it's still more 3D than something 100% 2D.

Sonic being "bad" is just an exaggeration from people who like to hate on Sonic, very few of them are downright bad, they're mostly mediocre which, for a franchise with such high highs like Sonic had in its peak, is underwhelming and disappointing, I understand why people are often let down by Sonic, I certainly am, but it's unfair to act like it's that bad too, it's just subpar.

It's literally every Sonic thread now... why is Sonic the only franchise where the people, mostly ones getting filtered by it, act like they're smart regarding video game design because they suck? It's odd.

Sonic 2 has a great start with Emerald Hill and Chemical Plant, but people forget the mid-game is crap. Things pick up again at Wing Fortress but you'd better cover your ass before the Death Egg rapes you.
I feel like it has lower lows than Sonic 1 but the game is faster so there're less complaints.

I might shock you, but Tails does not have the same color palette as Sonic (I know).
If they were going to give his eyelids his secondary color it would've been white, which would look terrible.
