Has there ever been a fanbase/community that has ever been more wrong about the things they say and complain about?

What is possibly more worse then the MonHun community for being objectively wrong about everything they say, while also being the most insufferably whiny faggots about it?

Seems to me ever since Gen/Rise of the switch weve had non stop threads on /v/ that spam the same old bullshit

>worlds infinite healing through restocking
we always had camps with a bed
>rise infinite healing through restocking
we always had camps with a bed
>wilds infinite healing through restocking
we always had camps with a bed
>its too easy
base games LR is always easy, youre now actively bitching about 9* mons in wilds being too hard, just as you did with AT mons in world, rises later, TUs and Iceborne / sunbreaks later game mons
>The performance is trash
Runs at an above 60fps framerate on a high end PC on highest settings, im sorry your low-mid range PC requires you to drop to medium to keep 60fps
>no content
objectively more content than most MH games, isnt even done adding it
>too simple
objectively more complex than classic MH

As another ancient old hunter, I agree for the most part. Difficulty is more or less fine right now but thats not even the issue with the game.
But
>focus mode ensures you never miss
is a self report, most people stopped "missing" pretty early on, it only takes like 1/3rd of a second tops to adjust before you charge your greatsword when you have a window, as soon as you stop button mashing it stops being an issue. We also had the whole lock on introduced in MH3 that let you just tap L and then all you had to do was hold up for a fraction of a second before attacking.

Some attacks benefit from aiming after you initiated the attack itself, sure, but... come on thats barely changing anything since it, at least for me, was never an issue to begin with once you learned to respect the game instead of playing it like DMC.
Seems the game accounts for this too, since hunt times are about the same regardless, aiming that TCS isnt breaking anything other than the satisfaction of landing it

THATS the issue, its not that they made it too easy and thats somehow a gamechanger to the balance or whatever, its not, focus mode barely matters in that aspect
the issue is and continues to be that its not as satisfying to play because its too easy to do the cool things that used to be a big part of its success.

Id recommend turning off damage numbers, let the flinching do the talking, makes it feel more satisfying when you land a big hit.

did they?
World had... what? grinding for decos?
They didnt add arch temps by this point, so thats not there
all you did is hunt the same elder dragons over and over for the best decos and thats it, no layered armor or weapons, no endgame content - that all came in iceborne. And the arch temps didnt come by this point relatively so there wasnt even challenging hunts at all.

Rise literally didnt have anything, it was unfinished, by the Tu2 update we only just got the actual final boss of the story kek. You had shitty talisman grinding and rampage - that was it.

4U was the worst endgame of them all with guild quest grind being among the worst ever, even worse than sunbreak anomaly hunting.

You little liars keep reinventing history, but no one, NO ONE liked 4Us endgame. World and rise didnt have an endgame until the DLC or TU5. Unlike you ive played all the games, and have been part of the monhun community from day 1. And the reason people played MHFU~MH3U for thousands of hours is simply because they were fun.

>NOOOOOO WILDS IS BAD NOOO STOP HAVING FUUUUN!!!
>NOOO THOSE NEGATIVE REVIEWS THAT ONLY MENTION PERFORMANCE (jeets) ARE ACTUALLY SAYING ITS THE WORSE MH EVERRRRRR
meanwhile, in reality, MH Wilds continues to be the best MH to date. And Im older than the lot of you and started with MH1.
You lost. I won.

>Wilds is easy
isnt actually what people are saying, people are short handing the argument out of laziness (or theyre fed up of spelling it out when we should all know what the actual point is)
Wilds isnt easy, nor was sunbreak in that they both had mons with really fast attack strings that could easily one shot you with high defence and such, even upgraded. Things like novas or especially in rises case, bullshit moves.

What made rise so pathetically easy, was the overpowered hunter abilities. Most weapons had at least one, instant, one button super parry that completely nullified an attack as a silkbind skill. You had wirefall, the dog, healing that gave you 50% of the potion up front, really powerful stuns, wyvern riding knockdowns and free damage etc etc
Wilds, to be fair is less bad than rise for this, but you still have half the weapons having offsets, perfect guards, or dodges in some form. You sill have massive environment damage, stuns, flinches, and of course wounds doing massive damage AND stuns. (plus tiny monster HP pools)

When people say its easy, they mean mechanically easy compared to old MH. Not necessarily as a measure of death count or monster damage. No one wants more bullshit monster moves with +3000% more damage, they want to be more vulnerable and weaker so it feels harder to win. Not easier to lose.

The point is its not engaging, whats engaging and memorable is being david fighting goliath, not being a david sized goliath fighting a goliath.

Smacking rey dau out of the sky with an offset feels fucking incredible and looks amazing... but everyone does it at some point, multiple times... its hardly something youd gather round the table for and tell the tale of, unlike doing it in something like MHFU where that kind of shit was rare and down to the player, not given to the player.
