So I recently finished Dolls Nest and ended up enjoying it way more than I expected. The ammount of build variety makes finding new equipment exciting and I appreciate that the game actually rewards you for exploring the areas. I saw some anon critisize the size of the levels but I found drifting through them really enjoyable.
Bosses were kind of meh most of the time though. Also, why is this game so horrible optimized? There were certain areas where I had constant 20 fps

Why does the melee feel so horrendous in this game? Like my hitbox basically has to be overlapping with the enemy while I stand completely still for it to hit reliably
