It's hard to "adapt" when the very mode of expression that you've built your brand on is what's under attack. Moe as an art style and expression is what's under attack and Compile Heart are a moege developer par excellence. Their recent games have dialed back on both the ero and moe aspects, and not surprisingly, they're doing poorly. Telling them they need to "adapt" when everything they stand for is being embargoed from the market is just victim blaming. It's Sony, Nintendo and Valve that need to be made to accept this style and stop acting like niche otaku games are some sort of existential threat to their retarded and gay "brands".

As bad as Rance or Succubus Prison? Really? Besides, it's not their fucking business to police games based on whether "le normgroids" will like it. If they do, they're no better than the payment processors and I am still within my rights to criticize them for it. In fact, at this point, I'm fully in favor of regulating storefront platforms the same way as payment processors should be so they can stop trying to play this "muh brand" game and just sell shit to people like they're supposed to. Games should not have go through the court of normie opinion to be allowed to exist unmolested.

Burgers in this thread should know that there is a bill currently squatting in the senate waiting for support that is looking to (and this is a direct quote you can search) "ensure that persons involved in politically unpopular businesses but that are lawful under Federal law receive fair access to financial services under the law".
You should talk to your legislators and get them to support it, BUT remember to tell them to strengthen the section on "Payment card networks" so they can't refuse service to a company just because they hosted a game homos didn't like. Remember that doing something, even if not guaranteed, is way better than doing nothing no matter what anyone says.

Don't let this end with you doing nothing when you could have tried a phone call, especially when you guys are already making change happen with SKG.
