The netflix dub is better. This is especially evident when watching the movie, the secondary voices outside of the main characters in the OG dub are legit fucking horrid, same with Fuyutsuki who sounds terrible and not at all like an older man.
Netflix dub is more professional, yes it loses a bit of sovl from the Asuka performance but everything else is better
