I don't even really care about the powerlevel, it's a spit in the face to me. ANOTHER dual card legendary and they completely murdered valnareik's identity. at least rulneye's effect references his 2nd version, even if it's much weaker. valn was turned into generic storm, basically just a weaker galmieux at this point. no wrath, no sve sanguine, no self buffing, no shuffling in.
