I hope that we get another asshole villain like King. The Knight doesn't talk so they don't have the vitriol that King had. ERAM was close but he has a more taunting tone. I hope FRIEND is a return to form however he'll probably have the same tone as ERAM. Such a shame that King was reduced to "big hamster funny" in Chapter 2, I'd love to see him have a cool moment again.

You are ignoring the possibility that Adam and Eve were way, way, WAY dumber than the serpent, to the point that they didnt even consider the consequences of their actions. Even after they discovered the knowledge of good and evil, they weren't horrified at what could happen - they were more concerned with covering their bodies. I bet the serpent could have convinced them he was a Friend just by giving them some candy.

I wonder if FRIEND is somewhat like our Soul - it can only interact with the world in limited ways. So far at least. But I view it as a voyeuristic figure in general.
