When I tried drag curl isometrics like 4 pull sessions ago, I felt like that helped, but for some reason I skipped them these past 3 sessions. I'll definitely do them tomorrow. I also do deadhangs on half of my pull sessions, but I think I'll increase the frequency and do it on every pull sesh. I originally did it to relieve pressure caused by lifting on my spine (I don't feel pressure on my spine, but if you lift frequently, pressure increases on your spine and deadhangs are le good o algo), but now I know it's also good for the 'nitis.
