I would love weed to be more legal, I'm high AF right now.
Currently any dispo is a fucking scam, at least on the east coast. Shit is cheap out west unless you go to a designer weed shop for tourists.
2018 farm bill basically made it legal under certain circumstances, boomer law makers dont know anything about weed only making d9 THC illegal(over 0.3%).
buying around a dispo and straight from a hemp store or directly from 'hemp' farms will have you paying 60% less.

If it drops ass scheduling and is federally legal nobody will need a dispo, thus tanking the big dispo markets.
In Maryland they tried to add more licenses for store vendors and they all shot themselves even tho 1 grower(curio) owns 70% of all the licenses. They dont want more competition because they know they are ripping everyone off.
This will get lobbied against hard unless there are clear rules written that protect the already big weed bizs
